A Prankster set's not so good. Running Prankster means not running Sponge Body, so contact moves won't be halved. If you want a Prankster, just use Boo-Boo Keys.

Run a High Jump kick set. Injured Leg allows missed leg based attacks to do half damage and it gives a hidden recoil reduction from HJK.

It's not like Fred had much speed anyway, so having it cut in half doesn't matter. And the ability to hit kick attacks even at a miss and suffer no recoil is fucking godly.
