I almost never get Scatterbugs despite them being in the same forest the monkeys and most other WT rejects.
Then I realized that most people who receive Scatterbug keep them and assholes like

I actually kept most WT trash in containment boxes for lottery purposes, but as those boxes swelled I started thinning out the common trash.
