There's a few tougher to find ones at the Pokemon Center in New York, but most of those came from conventions. The bigger the con, the more likely you'll find better ones. Better learn to haggle though, most people try and rip you off.

I also forgot to mention I have a Farfetch'D that a friend who went to Japan got me.
