What moves can put on this guy to make him halfway usable?

I have been following Smogon's suggestion and EV'd this bad boy up for some HP and Def. And while he can take a punch, I feel as if he can't do shit.

There is two ways advice for you can go:

1- Bad advice
the usual shit sets the /vp/oreans think are good because it's "unexpected"

Will-o-Wisp and Pain Split are obvious. Haze to fuck over setups, Sludge Bomb for stab, Fire Blast for coverage, Taunt also fucks over setups plus other status users/whatever else. Clear smog is an option over Haze, too. Explosion for lulz.

I'd use clear smog for STAB and utility, flamethrower/fire blast to hit ferro/forry/steels in general, pain split for health recovery. 4th move either will o' wisp, taunt or t-bolt, whichever helps your team the most.

If Weezing wasn't in when they set up, it is. Plus it blocks other moves like SR and Spikes.
