That'd be fantastic, I really miss Snap.
Now that there are 5 more generations of Pokémon it'd mean longer routes to travel.

Then again, it might be fun to have 5 or 6 large, sandbox like environments you can explore on foot that have small vehicles in them. That way you can get loads of different pictures.

They could import the X/Y models into a new console version and blast them with better lighting effects. I REALLY do not want to see those same damn Stadium models again. Having a Gen 1/2 pokemon next to a gen 3/4 pokemon was really jarring

Of course there will be a console version anon, even with 3d on portables they act like previous gen with shitty animations on hit and no signature moves.
They don't have the "scale and magnitude" of even the stadium games, stadium games felt BIG and pokemon were to scale, not that Wailord sice bullshit.

Pokemon snap 2 would be a console seller. The WiiU tablet controller is perfect for it.

I would love for them to abandon the "rail shooter" model and make it a sandbox open world game. Getting a good picture of a one of a kind legendary in a GTA sized world would be quite a task.

Another way you could do it is have a random selection from a list of Pokémon that would live in that area. That would also increase replay value exponentially.

Yes.

They are a good feature, just crap compared to importing your own Pokemon.

PBR was actually a pretty good game, if they had included rental pokemon it probably wouldn't have gotten half the flak it gets today.

About the only thing it had going for it was online matchmaking.

I want to see more of Stadium 1 and 2's features... Like Gym Leader Castle, Mini-Games, Pokemon Quiz...

Not really. Some battles start off with a wheel of fortune thing or a "switch pokemon with each others" thing. It even has an item store where you can buy special items or pokemon like a surfing pikachu

Stadium was, in a certain way, a Theme park like pokemon game. You had several attractions to do, and although most of them were battle themed, they were different in one way or another. It was just fun. And the rental pokemon also were a great thing.
PBR on the other hand... I was expecting a third pokemon stadium with it and was dissapointed that it only had 1/10 of the content stadium had, and that game was older.
