Based on your family income when you were about 10 , how much they loved you, what they thought you'd like, and the rarity of all the Pokémon in their respective games, who would've been YOUR starter.
Remember, your parents have to buy you it with their own money. Also, game rules apply, there's only one of each legendary and half of them are gods/myths so you probably aren't getting them. Mine is probably pic related. It's not horribly common and my parents were quite wealthy when I was a kid but I am the middle child of three and by 10 years old all my siblings had been born, so they wouldn't have gone all out. Also I wore a lot of skulls as a kid.
