Infernape in the good tier, Greninja might go in God Tier considering what else you have there. Sceptile probably goes in the Meh Tier, he's a decent enough sweeper in the UU tier.

Chesnaught is in no way better than Wallmpert, not with his movepool at least, it might be with Drain Punch.

Greninja is surely God tier, all thanks to Protean.

Infernape is good tier, with high speed, mixed offensive potential and nice dual STAB.

Also put Empoleon in meh tier. It's a decent SubPeteya sweeper and access to Defog + resistant to SR makes it ok for a defogger

Chesnaught's typing lets it resist QuakeEdge as well as Dark, making it a full stop to the standard Mega Tyranitar set (Crunch/Edge/Quake/DDance) who is a fearsome sweeper. Non-Fire Blast Mega Chomp is also walled, even in sand. Bullet proof means it can wall non-Flash Cannon Aegislash. Mega Gyarados is walled (yes even with Ice Fang, 65 BP is weak as fuck.) CB Terrakion is checked. Lando-T is walled. Excadrill is walled. Conk is walled. Scizor is walled. Bisharp is walled. Non-HP Fire Venusaur can't do anything.

Leech Seed is really nice, it can troll shit with Spiky Shield, and if it can't do anything else it can at least set up some spikes (and it completely stomps any spinner, and Leech Seed means defensive defoggers really hate switching in to it.)

Chesnaught is a pretty good tank.
