I'm assuming you're talking about smogon. I tried it on my UU team, mostly for its type coverage. Hes more of a revenge killer, can take down 2-3 pokemon before going down if you play it right.

In Trick Rooms he actually is the slowest Pokémon around.

But when his health goes to 0, it's actually starting again at 100%, but he dies because 100% to him is same as 0%.

Though he doesn't actually die since he starts out dead. He's ressurecting and quitting the battle.
