Diance is launched and give away through wifi via movie distribution in Japan whereas Europe and America will have it on Nintendo Wifi Connection. Volcanion will follow next whereas Hoopa will have a Meloetta like special in preparation for the next generation within 2 years (20th anniversary of Pokemon in Japan, 18th around the world) following a not one, but two remakes.

Volcanion will be revealed in the announcement in that Pokemon Get TV! for Pokemon Ruby2 and Sapphire2 sequels due to its water/fire typing ( I know Groudon is ground, but bear with me for a moment) and the Hoenn dex will gradually expand featuring evolves,pre evolves and cross evolves of the Hoenn Pokemon; whereas it'll pull an HGSS. Scheduled to be announced sometime late this year or early next year in the 10th anniversary for Emerald. Latias and Latios are expected to appear to feature their mega evolution.

Jirachi and Rayquaza will appear alongside Groudon and Kyogre (basically two factions fighting against each other, Jirachi and Rayquaza are the main center of attraction to the film) in the third movie featuring a seventh generation Pokemon within 2016.

Red/Green will be remade in 3D featuring the original Pokemon, return of the Sevii Islands, new mechanics, and an orchestrated version of the soundtrack. Best of all, you're not locked out of trading in your pokemon before the National Dex like in HGSS.
Also, Johto HA's will be available for completing the regional dex.

Regarding Kalos, there will be DLC events and do not expect a third version, but a sequel taking place a year after the events of the game that will feature Zygarde having an impact on Kalos region due to Team Flare causing havoc over Yveltal and Xerneas. It'll take place somewhere north east of Kalos. Pokemon Zx and Zy (think exponents, I don't know how to do that here) are expected a summer release of 2015. Wait until May 18th and then May 25th for the announcement on Pokemon Get TV!
