The usual nuzlocke rules, plus deactivate the expshare when you get it.

Pretty much this. Getting the extra exp perk from amie seems only fair.

I never thought about it before but now that I think of it, X and Y are pretty interesting games for nuzlockes, with all that variety of things to get right off the bat.

By vanilla nuzlocke rules, freebie mons would be allowed if they're the first pokemon you encounter on the route. That is - if you don't encounter any wild pokemon in whatever route/city you're in when you get it up until the point where you acquire it, you can take it.
