>>18312477Honestly, his Sceptile is surprisingly strong, especially being the only Pokemon that could break out of Darkrai's Dark Void and beat Darkrai. If Ash properly trained Gible (and evolved it), to at least a Gabite or even Garchomp, it'd probably be a top tier or on the same tier as Sceptile.
