I have vessel Pokemon that have pokerus so I could infected my Pokemon but don't know if I should infected newly hatched Pokemon right away or level them up a couple of levels before infecting them. Any ideas??

Infect them when you're ready to start EV training and then store the vessel in the PC.

Infect them before EV training. That's all there is to it. Personally I prefer to EV train before leveling, since it saves me a Reset Bag/berries. I suppose if you want to level first you should consider what you're grinding against. If it's something with EVs you want it could be good to put PKRS on it first, otherwise you might want to wait so there are less EVs you will have to get rid of (though this doesn't matter if using a Reset Bag, since it wipes all EVs regardless).

two questions

1. Why would you need to reset the EV's in the first place? Specifcally if you've had them since they've hatched.
2. When EV training, do you think it's okay if you grind in the Battle Chateau?

Just ev train them with horde battles. You get high experience, and its fast as fuck. Google "Ev train horde" and you should get a list of the best spots.

You're confusing EV's and IV's, I suggest you look them up. It's not too hard to understand, but there are better guides online than I can explain here.

OP I see you are confused about what EVs are. I too had this problem years back when getting into the game.

Basically, your pokemon gets a set number of stat points to throw on them to build their stats up a specific way. These stats are what are referred to as EVs. The way you build these stats is by killing certain pokemon. Killing a pokemon in with a high special attack power gives you a few sp.attack points. You can now track your EV progress in the Super Training app at the bottom of your 3ds.

Look on smogon/etc for guides on how you should build your pokemon, take the knowledge you get from there and apply it to your own ideas of how you should build your team.
