Then Hone Claws.

Then eat your opponents with raw ant power. It's not the strongest or the fastest, but it is pretty damn strong and pretty damn fast. Good STAB moves as well.

LO Modest Hydro Pump in Rain is no joke. Giga Drain even heals the recoil for you.

If you're running rain in doubles, you've gotta get a Bold Vaporeon, 200 DEF, 252 HP, 52 SpATK, 4 Speed. Make SURE it has that hidden ability, then teach it Rest.

Old, predictable set. When they see it on team preview, they'll have knock off/taunt ready and waiting for you.
A better set would be to use a bulky/fast set with assault vest/choice scarf. Base 97 speed is just under the big 100 speed tier which choice scarf helps with, it's 103 special attack is workable and 72/80/80 defensive stats means that it isn't a glass canon, and with rapid spin support, can keep coming in.

I run Haze instead of Pain Split myself, and with less bulk but 128 Special Attack EVs to OHKO more things 4x weak to fire.
Weezing's bulk is amazing though. A +2 Kangaskhan deals less damage than it heals off with Black Sludge in one turn, and after it's set something on fire, Weezing can just tank any physical attack thrown at it until the BRN has worn down the opponent's HP.
