Thats only possible if your playing agianst shitty players. If Outrage KOs something, the Fairy swiches in takes no damage, then attacks with STAB Fairy move.

This, you still have to wait one turn for Outrage to end and you can select another move. Meanwhile, the fairy uses a powerful stab and fucks you.

Or sets up two Swords Dances for free, one on the Outrage lock and second when you switch out or hit yourself. Then you're truly fucked.

It's a 50/50, I wouldn't advise to set up another Sword Dance on a confused Garchomp.
