NU doesn't exist right now.
It was RU in Gen 5.
It can't really do anything besides sleep/status.
The Spore nerf will hurt it a lot.

Smogon has an OU analysis in gen 5, so clearly they thought it was usable in OU.

Tiers are based on usage. My Garbodor can literally stall most of epicsmog teams on Showdown, at the exception of, obviously, Excadrill and Garchomp, but it's still on Limbo C.

We do the tiers, not forums/similars.

He is a very good pokemon when you use it correctly, especially in Doubles. He is predictable though so in the Singles format, it is easy to set up on him with something like a Scizor, Bisharp, or something else. He doesn't have anything dangerous besides Spore, and a good opponent will absorb the Spore with a discardable pokemon and then use Amoonguss as a set up opportunity.

To be fair, he probably uses a stockpile set against shitty players who don't have a taunt or roar and who let him get set up, so in that case it probably does wall OU: The Interactive Experience™
