According to all indications it was probably Prof. Oak - You were supposed to fight him after beating the League originally and his team still exists in the game data - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yr1shVOzGfc - as something akin to Red in G/S/C/HG/SS or Steven in Emerald

Yes. She's called Matori. Her first debut was in last Sinnoh episodes, where she had a secret mission for Jessie & James. Later she was seen in Unova episodes with redesigned Giovanni displayed.
