I'm about to breed Immunity Gligar

I wasn't planning on using Agility or Baton Pass but should I breed it onto them anyway? Or anything else for that matter?

I would breed them on just in case you want to use them later. Since even if you forget them you can still use heart scales to bring them back.

Usually a baton pass Gliscor is something like SD, Agility, Pass, Taunt. It was an old 4th gen strategy. Set up screens, stat up with Glsicor, and pass to a pokemon that can use it.

If you just want to pass agility, try something else like Speed boost Scolipede.

If you just want to use a good Gliscor set, go with Sub, EQ, Toxic, filler.

Offensive is possible. Just don't use baton pass, and stick with SD, EQ, Sub, Stone Edge with Poison Heal. Not as good as last gen since you can't use Acrobatics+Flying Gem.
