I like to run dual screens with Defense and Speed investment and Dazzling Gleam as main STAB with Aura Sphere or Fire Blast for secondary coverage, with Light Clay drawing out the screens. I almost always get both up and can fire off a few attacks before having to switch. It can also set up sun suprisingly well due to decent bulk and can go a full four-attacks with full Special Attack investment, with Psychic in addition to the previously described moves.

I run super luck. I don't have the heart to hax people and I love Togekiss.

Dazzling gleam, aura sphere, fire blast, and roost. I only really miss flying stab against m-venu, but I can't ohko and sludge bomb wrecks me anyway so whatever.

I bred togepi a while back. Levelling them up to 10-15 was usually enough to make them evolve, it wasn't very difficult.

The gender ratio made it worse than the happiness evolution. At least togepi in the safari have 3IVs instead of the usual 2.
