>>18362840I'm pretty sure it's just supposed to be "draw it in your own style", not "westernized" specifically. It just so happens none of these artists draw animu. (that's why you only see this shit for pokemon and sailor moon, they're not anime fans, it's just their childhoods)
It kinda looks fun, I'd do this but I'm lazy and my art style is basically just pokemon anyway
