So I haven't been playing Pokemon lately, can someone tell me how the cheat protection on Pokemon Bank turned out?

Can you still upload an artificially generated Pokemon from Black/White as long as it has legal moves and values? Or is it completely impossible to upload non-legit Pokemon?
