What's even the point of this fucker?

Everything is faster than it, it can't one shot anything so when it gets hit with an attack it just fucking goes down.

I love this fucker but tell me someone what is even the point?

I guess mine's just bad because I use it as a coverage Pokemon since it's got a Hidden Power for Grass.

Everything's just fucking faster than it so it never gets a chance to do anything.

Mega Manectric is incredibly good. Make sure that it has a Timid nature, base 135 Speed is blindingly fast so it should be outspeeding everything.

Greninja, Zam, Tornadus-Therian, +1 Dragonite, most Mega Aerodactyl, ect. NOTHING should be outspeeding Manectric.

Pair it up with Landorus-T, Salamence, or Gyarados (something EQ immune with Intimidate) and you've got a great double VoltTurning force. Alternatively, pair it with Scizor, a double bird core, ect.

is nearly every pokemon (except the pokemn that can still evolve) viable? or ARE even the pokemon who can still evolve viable? can you use nearly EVERYONE?

but to answer your questions, most pokemon are not viable, and showdown is generally considered much better than PO (and about 10x the amount of players)

A lot of well-round doubles team don't actually need a MegaMon, and just use something to take an upper hand in some cases.

In a VoltTurn based Team, MManectric is almost the only choice to build it around. While it have subpar 70/80/80 Bulk, it has Intimidate and is faster than everything bar Accelgor and Ninjask, FYI MAerodactyl and MAlakazam run Adamant and Modest respectively.

Pairing it with Landorus-T is almost the best choice: Double Intimidate, and they can take care of almost everything with their moves.
If you're paranoid about Defiant / Competitive users, you can use Flygon for a fast U-Turn or Scizor for a slow but heavy one.

MManectric don't shine like other megas because isn't a Nuke, but it's pretty fun to use and while it lack the stall progress of Raikou or Zapdos, it hits a lot harder and can stop some physical attackers thanks to Intimidate.

Hidden Power Grass isn't that great. Hidden Power Ice is where it's at; hits both Dragon and Ground for SE, covering two of the things that resist Electric. You'll also want Overheat... Which is unfortunately only a previous gen move to my knowledge.

Anyway, since I play doubles I use this moveset on MManectric

Timid, 252 Satk, 252 Spd, 4 SDef, Lightning Rod
- Discharge
- Overheat
- Volt Switch
- Snarl

Snarl is so fucking good in doubles, and in something that can abuse Intimidate is ridiculously good.

Yeah I decided to go with Snarl on my Manectric as well because the other choice I had was Hidden Power Dark, so I might as well get some more stat drops out of it
