3DS if you want the folding and the 3D effect, if you don't mind any of those go for the 2DS.
I personally had a 3DS and a 2DS. My 3DS got the upper screen black after one year of use -and I didn't even take it out at that time, apparently some of the first ones got a fabric failure or something, I'm so lucky...- and it died just a few weeks ago, so to not repeat the experience I went for a 2DS. It's very good actually, the only thing is the portability and the monoaural if you don't use headphones.
