I don't think Sylveon is actually ubers.

Also, remember that OU/UU positioning isn't chosen by smogon, it's only based on usage. So it's mainly based on those idiots at the 1100's in rating.

The stats aren't weighted right now. Which means that bad players do affect the tiers, hence trash like Donphan being OU.

Ubers is a banlist

Too strong for OU = Uber
Too strong for UU = BL
Too strong for RU = BL2
Too strong for NU = BL3

A tier between OU and Uber would be pointless, as Uber already fills the role it was made for: a banlist for OU

Well, Fairy is kinda a broken type by itself, being weak to 2 of the most unused offensive types in the game and being SE on Dragon, Fighting and Dark, all common types.

I know that fairy pokemon are shits right now, but if/when a Fairy with good BST, good moves and good ability will come, the metagame shall tremble.

It's a 1 Turn Double Quiver Dance with Power Herb.

+2SpA and +2 Spe help you sweep, while the +2SpD help you survive non OHKO, since Uber is home to mosty special attacker.

Wrong. They are weighted, but a 1000 scrub's opinion is worth half of someone at the very top.

It shouldn't be worth anywhere near that much. Hell, sub-1400 rating should be discarded entirely, because those sorts of people are either only playing for kicks or too stupid to have any worthwhile opinion on the ladder

Steelix is a very poor pokemon for ubers. The fact that you need to bring one solely for stopping a Xerneas proves Xerneas is incredibly centralizing, and therefore more likely than not overpowered.

Why bother with Rock Head? The only recoil attack it gets is Double Edge. I use a Rock Head Steelix in single players so it has a decent normal-type movie, but that doesn't have much value in competitive
