Continuing from the last thread.

I have two boxes of 5IV Joltik (31/x/31/31/31/31). They're all Timid with Compound Eyes.

In addition, I now have 5 hexaperfects left, also with Timid and Compound Eyes. Of these 5, there are 3 females and 2 males.

I can give them out via friend code swapping/manual trading, or by the GTS. I'll take anything for them - it is a giveaway, after all.

Usually neither. I just get them and trade them away to friends, family, and random online acquaintances. Unless if it's my Sapphire Poochy. She's mine.

Does a pentagon mean anything anymore with Powersaves out there? I mean, if you can prove your OT is the same as the one on a Pokémon, you can still prove it's not hacked but if you got it in a trade you could have easily shinified it

The best part is it's not even for me. A friend of mine has wanted a shiny Zoroark for so long, and actually found two shiny Zoruas on two separate occasions in his Gen 5 playthroughs, but lost them both to crits. Yes, but the more common 4IV offspring (with 5IV + 6IV) is going to be missing the Sp. Atk IV a bit less than 50% of the time, which is of course a useless IV. Test it out on destinyknot.tk if you don't believe me.

I think I'm phrasing this wrong. The only reason you're getting more 4IVs with penta+6IV is because you'll have some missing that sp. atk IV. That's literally the only difference, more missing sp. atk IVs. You still have the same odds of that 1/6 randomly generated IV being the useless Sp. Atk IV, so you have the same odds of getting a penta without the trouble of finding a 6IV. It's only worth finding a second 6IV parent if you're breeding what's going to be a mixed attacker.

Fighting type. Did you know, of all the fighting types, I was able to find four that aren't OHKO'd by Adamant Choice Band Talonflame's Brave Bird?

Three of those were Cobalion, Terrakion and Fighting Arceus. Talonflame outspeeds and OHKO's Mega Lucario with Flare Blitz.

So, that'll be fun.

Name it Dasitmane and have it run a special sweeper set. Even with the negative nature your special attack is going to blow your attack out of the water. As a mega Manectric has 135 BST Speed and Special Attack. Its movepool isn't great and it's generally looked down upon a bit, but it can pack a punch and not much can outspeed it. It's highly under-rated and the only thing holding it back is its limited movepool.

Besides, you love the underdog, right? Especially if it's a shiny electic underdog.
