Has anyone noticed a surge of random people playing Pokemon recently? I don't mean like people who get every annual release, but maybe people who just stopped after Gen 2/3. This week I heard multiple different people around me how they were playing games (Mainly Firered or Emerald) on their smartphones. Hell, I saw a guy with a GBC and a copy of Red today.
Anyone else noticed this or is it just a local thing with me?
