Is Stealth Rock still annoyingly popular in X/Y (the actual games)? I haven't battled online since 4th gen.

If you're talking about battle spot and dubs, then no. Nobody switches in 3v3 and rarely in dubs.

If you bothered to play with friends competitively, then yeah, they probably would use it if they knew what they were doing.

Yeah there is, but I would imagine you would have to search sites that does battle spot or seeing how Nintendo shows the top 12 used pokemon for singles you can always look them up.

Seriously, there are like three things in battle spot singles and they're all Kang, Blaziken and Mega Gengar. Shit that was banned in OU in the first three months for a reason.

Lucario checks well against Mega Kangaskan, KFC is rare to see, and honestly the biggest threat is the sash KFC, as it can wreck shit easily while mega KFC dies from a priority Brave Bird. Also Rocky Helmet on a Garchomp because Mega Mom also runs special set, to counter the Rocky Helmet.
