>>18426781People only majority jumped on the 4kids hate train when Yugioh TAS started taking shots at it (which is funny when you consider the guy that makes them only did it half seriously). 4kids has made some fucking abominations like that One Piece adaptation but most of the time they're not really that much worse than any other company that has dubbed Japanese kids shows for decades. People just need something to shit on even if they haven't actually watched it.
Also it's likely just the nostalgia talking, but Ash's voice still seems off to me without that "rasp" the original lady had.
