Even physical ice attacks will wreck his shit even if he is completely HP/DEF invested. Good water attacks take him down too and those are everywhere. If you can't take out Gliscor your team has some really bad coverage issues.

Playing stall on cartridge is a pain in the ass though just because battles take longer time than on Showdown. You'd need a shitton of free time to actually win a match, instead of just getting disconnects.

Stall is more or less dead, with the power creep its a lot harder to completely stop any team. Not to mention that stall loses 100% of the time to semi-stall, a four pokedefensive core with 2 wallbreakers will always win against stall when played correctly.
