Magikarp is from the shiny magikarp episode
Pikachu belongs to Ash

so...what about the other pokemon? Skrelp and Clawncher might appear in the same episode as magikarp, since it's a fishing episode

no idea about pangoro or skiddo, but I doubt anybody is catching them
