Hails damage now works like toxic. Non-ice pokemon that stay in will start taking damage like toxic, turn 1 its 1/16 loss, turn 2 its 1/12 loss and so on.
Completely change freeze so that instead of keeping pokemon in a block of ice, they take 1/8 damage every turn and it cuts special attack by 1/4th of their power. An ice type freeze move is introduced with 90% accuracy.
