I actually just hatched and trained one. The only problem it has is its lack of moves. Gear Grind/Wild Charge/Shift Gear/???. Right now I have toxic.

I use Substitute to set up a couple shift gears, then Grind gears everything to death. You could also use Magic Coat to defend against status moves and guileful gravel.
