Chansey transfer

I'm having an issue transfering pokemon in pokemon black 2.

How do I create a Chansey with Seismic Toss and Aromatherapy in the Pokemon editor so I can transfer it to the pokebank

I'm not an expert in any sense, but:

I'm guessing it's just generating an ID that Transfer is thinking is erroneous. Try subtley adjusting IVs, natures, name, shininess, location found... All kinds of shit that don't take away the aspects you're genning it for.

I don't know for sure, but I assuming this info generates and new type of code. Also, change the ABCD characteristic to new things in tandem with the new combination of stats above.

Hopefully, you'll get an ID that the transfer services will accept.
