Unfortunately, it looks like it will be impossible to emulate the authentication servers (I've always just used Nintendo's) for portions of online play with the DS titles (ie. not X/Y) for FakeGTS purposes. So, FakeGTSes will go away barring a breakthrough, unfortunately.
