smogon changed tiers so that only people with 1760 glicko or higher can affect usage. pic related is the current ou tier from most used to least used.

it's a great cleric with great offensive presence with zero offensive investment and great mixed defenses if you invest if defense (a physically defensive sylveon can live a +3 earthquake from dragonite)

Typing buff was huge. Clefable is the best defensive Fairy. Big movepool, decent stats, awesome ability, not an eeveeshit.

1760 Glicko is not really hard. If you can climb up to 1700 Elo, you can easily get 1760 Glicko at a lesser ladder rank.
