Just like Platinum revealed the Origin form Giratina takes when staying inside the distortion world, Dialga and Palkia could have original forms for when they control their dimensions.
Their earth forms are too bulky and heavy, like if they have problems moving in this world. Imagine Dialga's spikes forming some kind of steel clock and Palkia's wings forming some kind of Cruiser. It would relate their typing with their dimensions and also why they arent at their full power on earth (their stats shouldnt be comparable to so many normal mons).
Finally, Arceus could get its origin form too.
a bipedal human form like many alpha gods irl. Inserting Cyrus' return in a story involving this is my personal wish for Sinnoh because I think it wasn't exploited totally.
