A paralyzed Mewtwo can be dealt with by a very strong physical attacker like Snorlax or Tauros.
#151 is more unpredictable, but will usually be a Swords Dance attacker, often with Hyper Beam as its main move and Earthquake for coverage. This is more difficult to counter.
An idea is Aerodactyl, which is faster than Mew, resists Normal, is immune to Ground and can potentially turn Swords Dance against Mew using Supersonic.
