In continuation, Recover fits Aggron more than Slack Off. Aggron is directly stated to build parts of its body from non-organic material it consumes (which is the reason Slugma and Corsola get Recover) and M-Aggron's Filter ability already implied some sort of unnatural component to its body.

rollout doesn't work like other multi hit moves, the moves are split out over 5 turns and are always guaranteed to be 5 hits, so long as one doesn't miss or something of course.
