Also, Oak letter never got released, so any pokemon with the captured data being of the in-game locked event is obviously hacked.
Use your head man, you should've just locked to events that distribute shaymin, got one of these and just edit the iv as you wish.

Everything else doesn't really matter. Pokemon bank drops the TrashBytes, and it doesn't check what type of PID it is.
