Alright /vp/, I'm going to finally buy X or Y.

What went good/wrong? X or Y? I know that games has got pretty good reviews but I want your opinions. Still worth to buy after that couple of months?

The games are fun. It's Pokemon, but in 3D.

There's really no post game, and you need to turn off the "Exp. Share" item so that the game doesn't become stupidly easy.

That being said, if you actually explore, catch 'em all, raise more than 6 Pokemon, and utilize every feature in the game, you can get 100+ hours of gameplay in before you complete the main story.

My girlfriend and I both did this and enjoyed it immensely. Beyond that, there's breeding, competitive battling, in-game battle competitions, and completing your Pokedex to hold you over if you want to keep playing.
