Hey guys. I've been playin' Black version a lot recently and I've been having a recurring problem: I keep getting my ass kicked in the battle subway. I need a new team and some advice/pointers. I was hoping some Pokemon masters could help a brotha out over here. I was thinking of using Gengar as a starter because of his speed and sp attack. Gengar could also use toxic and poison the enemy. He is effective against many Pokemon and ground/normal moves can't hurt him. For my other two Pokemon, I am not sure what I should use. I have a Ferrothorn that I was really hoping to incorporate into my team. I love his defense and I spent a lot of time EV training this guy. If Ferrothorn really isn't a good choice I'd be open to leave him behind(reluctantly of course). My current team is: Staraptor, Ferrothorn, and Volcarona. I can describe the moves that I have taught them and what moves would be ideal for them to know for the battle subway. I would also like to discuss what hold items would be effective for my Pokemon to use. I want to go over every factor that it will take for me to be a battle subway master.
