But I think the reason ParaFlinch should be legal over SwagPlay is that ParaFlinch requires you to be faster than your opponent in order to abuse the flinch chance (if you're slower than the opponent after the paralysis speed drop, then the only hax they deal with is the 25% full paralysis because flinching no longer works). ParaFlinch also doesn't provide KO power.
SwagPlay allows you to be slower than the opponent while still reaping all the benefits (it doesn't matter if you're slower than the opponent after the paralysis because they'll still have to deal with the 25% full paralysis times the 50% confusion hax since neither is dependent on moving first, unlike flinch). Prankster in conjunction with the SwagPlay tactic guarantees you'll get at least one of the statuses off and then Foul Play gives you KO power to abuse, which ParaFlinch doesn't have.
