My team is pretty vulnerable to bulky Psychic users, since I'm pretty reliant on Mega Venusaur as my win condition.
I do have Scizor on my team, but if he goes down, then it becomes an uphill battle that usually requires sacrificing my Thundurus.

I use a Smeargle Baton Pass set up, and choose one of my Pokemon who all cover very wide abilities, including the infamous boltbeam to sweep what they can depending on the team. The only problem, is that my only physical sweeper is Scrafty, so if he's taken down and there's a special wall like Blissey on another team, I'm fucked.

Jesus. Not going to lie, that's pretty terrible for an OU team. Chandelure => Aegislash is a good start, though, assuming you're going with a Mixed or mostly Special set.. To start, Florges is completely outclassed by Sylveon, who has Psyshock to get around a Chansey with the help of enough Baton Passed boosts. Mega Gardevoir is an even better choice, given what you're trying to do. Dragalge is probably the best candidate for being replaced by Scolipede, who can function as both an auxiliary Physical sweeper and a Baton Passer. Lastly, something like Landorus-T would probably benefit your team more than Porygon 2 does, with EdgeQuake being at least as impressive as BoltBeam.

Do note, however, that Smeargle and Baton Pass aren't very good in OU. There really isn't any way around that. If you aren't too bothered by losing, feel free to disregard my advice, but such a hyper-offensive approach is only going to get you so far. I'm still not sure how you deal with priority spam, especially when it's coming from Bravest Bird, and I can't see such a physically vulnerable team going very far in such a physical-oriented OU meta.
You might see success running that as-is in UU, though. So you can still win with those if using them is important to you.

Thank you for the advice. I'm admittedly a bit new to team building. The team has served surprisingly well though, due to the Eviolite on Poryon making him very bulky, and Florges helping prevent the team from statuses, but your advice is most appreciated, and I will take it to heart.

Despite good overall coverage and support from my team, only a couple really hit hard, and I have no direct Rotom-W counter (which is fucking everywhere of course). I just about make it through though.

Also I use Male Meowstic. D-Screens are nice but it's definitely a weak link, I just like it too much...

My team is nearly monotype ghost, þe only exception being claydol. Regardless, þey manage to hustle up against most opponents. Only þing þat I can see and instantly/consistently þink "Well, looks like my game's over" is a knock-off bisharp. Between type combos, and knock-off's boosts, I can't handle dat damblage.

Unfortunately Eviolite Porygon2 and even somewhat Dusclops are fairly common, and Eviolite Chansey is slightly more popular than blissey is, so Knockoff is extremely popular as well. (though a predicted knockoff is walled by an acrobatics user or a mega, though I dont know if Mega stones boost the power of KO or not.)

Indeed. I've been using Weezing since Gen V, and I cannot understand why nobody else does. It's barely dented by physical attacks even before it Will'o'Wisps the opponent; Haze ruins Baton Passers and foils anyone trying to set up on it; and Fire Blast OHKOs Scizor with 128 EVs in Special Attack. What a beast.

You could try a banded variant, but really the extra 2 speed and ~25 extra base attack is just too good to pass up, especially since it has so many variants you can run (sub sword, banded, scarfed, double rough)

I wound up in the most irritating fight ever the other day when my Rotom-W wound up facing a Weezing with Stockpile, Rest, Toxic, and Will-O-Wisp. I couldn't damage it for shit and it kept resting away my status effects.

Luckily i have rest on my Rotom so it turned into a battle of who would run out of Rest PP first.

Scarfed chandelure is a problem for me
my arcanine doesnt have Crunch
Only dark type user i have are Zoroark and Lucario
and i dont think any chandelure stays in on a garchomp

and dont think Sylveon and Scizor have any better chance

Having said that, I laugh off Greninja and Talonflame (what is Cofagrigus). My main problem is Scizor and most steel types. I might stick an extra fire move on my team actually, in reflection.

My OU team sometimes gets completely fucked over by some random shit. No idea why. Plus my M-Pinsir rarely gets much done, the rest of my team ends up getting at least 90% of the KOs. The same thing happened when I had M-Kangaskhan, and later M-Lucario, in that spot before their respective banishments.

The only physical attack on my team is Scizor (except when I use Charizard X instead of Y) so things with high Sp.Def can be a problem but my Gengar can usually take out Chansey because seismic toss doesn't affect him and he can taunt and then sludge bomb+PSN damage it's health away. A lot of my team are fast sweepers so I can't really take a hit especially an electric type hit and I don't have any grass moves except Solar Beam on my Charizard Y.
