So without cheating (I'm autistic and want the pentagon) or extreme rng there is no way I can make this bro viable for XY battlespot? :( Like can he achieve anything not using knock off and elemental punches?

Well, you can run a Bulk Up set by lacking that type coverage does hurt it a lot. Tutor moves help so many Pokemon so much it annoys me that Game Freak didn't just include them in X/Y.

It's a common misconception that the fabled blue pentagon is hard (let alone impossible) to "fake".

It is literally based on a single trash byte.

Just edit the origin of any Pokemon to the appropriate region and it will have its blue pentagon. No matter what moves it has, no matter if it is even possible to breed or catch it in said region. It's just one trash byte. Nothing else. No additional checks or anything.
