That was pretty disappointing. I regret skipping DPP and B/W now that Wi-Fi servers are shutting down for them. I've heard that those games have a way better story and post game and I won't get to enjoy them to the fullest

You definitely missed out on black and white 1, black and white 2's story wasn't as good though but it had a good post game.

Yeah, I never had a DS and never bothered to get one. I played all the Pokemon games leading up to the DS ones, too. I think I'll buy copies of them but I won't have much time to play before may 20th so I wont get to transfer my bros to XY

When you transfer your pokemon from black and white /2 you put your ds game in your 3ds. Pokebank is installed on the 3ds itself and will save your pokemon on their server to send to either your X or Y game.

Can't go online, can't access gts, no more pokegen.

If you plan to use hacks you better start genning now before it's too late. You don't even have to transfer right away, just add them to your black and white carts.

It followed the standard formula:

The evil team was kinda awkward, sure, but Lysandre and his relationship to Sycamore was greatly executed. AZ was touching, too.

It doesn't contact the Nintendo servers though, thanks to the changed DNS you have to enter to connect to them.

They had a good villain idea and just did nothing with it. It was always "I must make everything beautiful" with no rhyme or reason, no added depth. I didn't even feel like anyone was in danger a the end either. "I've got this weapon now" aaaaaand it's gone. Stupid, disappointing story.
