Consider following:

Modest Assault Vest Clawitzer with 252spat and 252hp.

Result is 372 special attack [very nice] and 346/213/321 bulk. Pretty neat, huh?

In Water Pulse we have effective 135 base power move with 20% chance of confusion, Aura Sphere is never-missing 120bp, we have 120bp Dark Pulse [20% flinch is not that useful since Clawitzer is pretty slow, but it's a nice addition when facing Slowbro or else], the last slot could be filled with 127bp Dragon Pulse, but I think that Ice beam is a better choice, since it hits grass counters with 180 effective bp. Not to mention likes of Salamance, Dragonite, Flygon, Torterra, Tropius, etc - it's 360 in that case. Rather harmful.

So we got something between Special Wall and a Wallbreaker with great coverage, which can be very usefull in 3vs3 battle spot singles [double role helps] or in Smogon UU.

Thoughts?

If only Ice Beam was boosted by Mega Launcher... It would make a lot of sense, actually.
