Hey there /vp/, I've got a stupid question. I want to have a Whimsicott with Tailwind to use for double battles. If I teach it to a male Cottonee using the White 2 Move Tutor, then bring it to Y and breed it will the offspring have Tailwind or would that not register as a possible egg move?
