Best part is, of your 5-man team, only Arcanine is a version exclusive.

Which means Leaf Green can have a full 6 with Charizard, Rapidash, Ninetails, Flareon, Moltres, and Magmar.

Nidoking/Nidoqueen (or both)
Golbat (crobat eventually)
Tentacruel
Gengar
Beedrill
Muk
Wheezing

I know im forgetting some ... like another bug or something

But you'd have a lot of options. Some good ones too (at least in game (yes I think physical nidoking is viable in game)).
