Tierno is the most interesting, multi-faceted character in the series. He is highly entertaining with his quirky and lovable personallitym and he has some excellent dialogue. He should be an inspiration to us all.

Lysandre wasn't that great, if only because his plan was crap and, for some reason, nobody batted an eyelash when he talked about genocide.
Diantha was underdevelopoed.
The Flare scientist was pretty good, I liked him getting a spotlight in the looker quest.
Looker is always good.
Malva was pretty good too.

They should have at least given him a workout / exercise bent. He doesn't have to work his way into being a stick figure, but some emphasis on like- enjoying exercise and doing it to feel better.

It is (in my opinion, depending on what kind of dancing we're talking about), but he's never really clear that that's part of the reason he enjoys it.
