There are other teams more competent, more successful, and more intellectual-

but Team Flare is fashionable, flamboyant, and for winners. So. There is a special place in my heart for them. Especially the grunts. They're like puppies.

Okay, okay. So SOME of the other teams are pretty fashionable, too.

Those Galactic grunts are pretty rad. Plus, you can't go wrong with the Rocket uniform.

Plasma's original uniforms were teh suck, though.

I don't get it, people seems to distuingish Kanto Rocket and Johto Rocket (probably based on manga differences), BW Plasma and B2W2 Plasma, but never Colosseum Cipher and XD: GoD Cipher, why is that? Does Neo Cipher sounds that bad?

I voted for Team Plasma because they had realistic goals (taking political control of a single region and disarming its citizens to facilitte that goal), Ghetsis was a genius, N's charisma commanding loyalty from his grunts was quite believable too, and they got pretty damn close to achieving their goal. Also they had the best uniforms in B/W.

Cipher and Rocket would have been candidates for a close second place. All the other teams are too unrealistic and implausible.

Team Plasma (in B/W) was able to take down the Champion, recruited or captured (not just summoned) a BST 680 legend and a BST 700 legend on different occasions, gained significant standing as a political organization without violence, and persisted and came back even stronger two years after it's initial defeat. Other groups may have done any of those things, but not all of them together.
