So I have a 5IV eevee with Timid nature. The missing IV is spec. attack.

I'm trying to decide what I want to do with her. I'm thinking a pixilate Sylveon or a magic bounce Espeon. I would to a jolteon but w/o spec attack that wouldn't work.

Suggestions?

Didn't breed this one. Got it in a giveaway. If those won't work without special attack, what would you guys recommend?

Also, why can't you just breed one, and why was someone giving away an Eevee?

It's regular attack that sucks, not special attack. Special attack is 31.
